We believe in paying our impact forward by helping those who are underserved. A significant volume of our work is done through pro bono service, board membership, and volunteering in emerging markets. We believe that the most valuable resource we can contribute is our time.

Even as demand rises for sustainable investing solutions, emerging markets present unique challenges, such as lower levels of environmental, social and governance (ESG) oriented investments and weaker corporate governance norms. We believe in the need for ESG-integrated business in emerging markets and have incorporated ESG engagement throughout our operations and across our business units. We launched an initiative to tackle the youth underemployment in the Caribbean, exposing them to healthcare & build professional skills for young aspirants in healthcare.

We developed a free digital tool to support Caribbean healthcare organisations with optimizing management of high Covid-19 case loads at the dawn of the pandemic.

We launched a philanthropic project providing healthcare services to populations falling outside of the healthcare safety net, both in urban and rural areas within the Caribbean.
